Executive Summary
Access to accurate maternal and reproductive health information remains a significant challenge for women, particularly in rural and underserved communities. In 2025, LOK Natal Care advanced women-centered healthcare by delivering education, community outreach, and strategic advocacy initiatives focused on improving health literacy, early intervention, and access to care.
Through digital learning platforms, grassroots outreach, and media advocacy, LOK Natal Care reached thousands of women and children, strengthened support systems for reproductive and hormonal health, and amplified conversations around maternal wellbeing in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Our Focus
LOK Natal Care’s work in 2025 was guided by three core priorities:
Health education and awareness through webinars and media engagement
Community outreach for women and children in rural and underserved areas
Support systems for women navigating reproductive and hormonal health challenges
These interventions promote preventive care, informed decision-making, and equitable access to maternal healthcare.
Health Education & Webinars
As part of its annual educational series, LOK Natal Care delivered 27 webinars, including a three-day end-of-year program. The sessions addressed key maternal, reproductive, and women’s health topics, providing evidence-based information to women across diverse digital communities.These webinars strengthened health literacy, encouraged early care-seeking behaviors, and created safe spaces for learning and engagement.
Community Outreach
LOK Natal Care conducted six community outreaches across rural and underserved communities in Ogun State, Nigeria.
Impact achieved:
1,500 women and children reached through direct community engagement
1,200 women supported through LOK Natal Care’s ongoing support community
Our impact which also had 2,700 women and babies, media advocacy over 8,000 across our social media.
The event recorded over 250 attendees, including women, health advocates, stakeholders, influencers, and political leaders
Looking Ahead
In the coming year, LOK Natal Care will expand its education programs, deepen rural outreach, strengthen advocacy on reproductive and hormonal health, and continue building sustainable support systems for women and children.
